Valentino Khan
Valentino Khan is an Iranian-American DJ and producer from Los Angeles who began his career as a hip-hop producer working with artists including T.I., 2 Chainz, and B.o.B before pivoting toward bass music. His 2012 remix of Gent & Jawns' Holler, released through Diplo's label Mad Decent, marked his entry into the dance scene, followed by original singles Deep Down Low and Make Some Noise, which peaked at number one and fifty respectively on Billboard's Twitter Emerging Artists chart. Valentino Khan has released music through Mad Decent, OWSLA, Ministry of Sound, and Spinnin' Records, labels that anchor much of the modern bass house and trap scene, and he performs regularly at major festivals, including a documented set at S2O Thailand in 2023. His sound spans trap, hardstyle, moombahton, future house, dubstep, and bass house, reflecting a genre-crossing approach that has kept his DJ sets in rotation across festival stages internationally. Signed early to Diplo's Mad Decent roster, Khan has remained closely tied to that label's bass-driven festival circuit while continuing to headline club and festival dates under his own name.
