X-NOIZE
X-Noize is the Tel Aviv psytrance duo of Barak Argaman and Nadav Bonen, whose DJ sets and studio output have made them fixtures of the global psytrance festival circuit since the mid-2000s. The pair built their following through the albums Mental Notes in 2005 and Revolver in 2007, both of which spawned dancefloor tracks that anchored their live and DJ sets at psytrance events internationally.
Follow-up EPs Part of the Plan and Transparent extended their catalogue further, with tracks engineered specifically for peak-time full-on sets known for high-speed basslines layered under melodic top lines. In 2010 Argaman and Bonen launched Major7, a side project that let them explore a more melodic, modern psychedelic direction while keeping X-Noize as their main touring vehicle.
Their DJ performances draw on a reputation for communicative, dancefloor-focused production that still retains the harder trance edge favored by the psytrance scene's touring crowd. Based in Israel, a country with a dense concentration of internationally booked psytrance acts, X-Noize have toured extensively across Europe, Israel and beyond, playing sets built around their own catalogue alongside genre staples from the wider full-on scene.
