Ummet Ozcan — Big Room & Electro House DJUmmet Ozcan
Ümmet Özcan, known professionally as Ummet Ozcan, is a Dutch-Turkish DJ and electronic artist born in Putten in the Netherlands to Turkish parents. His work moves through electro house, big room house, progressive house, techno, hardstyle and early tech trance, with big-room and electro-house production at the heart of his profile. He signed to Spinnin' Records and later established his own label, Oz Records.
Beyond DJ and release activity, Ozcan designs software synthesizers and soundbanks for Rob Papen, including Albino and Predator, and for Access Music's Virus. That technical work connects directly to his sound-focused approach. A notable release, The Hum on Smash the House, received platinum certification in Belgium in 2015.
His collaborative history includes R3hab, Calvin Harris, Tiësto and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. These partnerships place him within a broad dance-music network while his own label provides an independent outlet for his work.
