Tut Tut Child

Tut Tut Child, the alias of London producer and DJ Nick Kingsley, began crafting his own electro house style in the summer of 2009 before moving into heavier bass music forms including drumstep, dubstep and moombahton. He built his career primarily through the Monstercat label, debuting on the imprint with the track Mysterious Stranger, featured on the Monstercat 006: Embrace compilation, and going on to release his debut album Come to the End; Then Stop in 2016. His work draws thematic inspiration from literature, most notably Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, a concept UKF highlighted as central to his fusion of books and bass across his production catalogue.

His discography includes mix contributions to the Monstercat Call of the Wild series in 2014 and a further DJ mix release, Oreonic, in 2022. Kingsley has also recorded under the alias Forest Knot. Based in London, Tut Tut Child has built his profile through Monstercat's roster and community, including a Reddit AMA session where he discussed his production process and collaborators, such as guitarist Jim Davies.

His catalogue of electro house, dubstep and drum and bass-adjacent releases continues to circulate through Monstercat's compilation series and his own DJ mixes.
