Tom Colontonio
Tom Colontonio is an American trance DJ and producer based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, whose career is documented across SoundCloud, Apple Music and multiple trance label rosters. He broke through in 2007 with "Rounder," a track championed by Paul van Dyk and picked up by fans and press within the progressive trance circuit at the time.
He followed it in 2009 with the album Paradigm Shift and has continued releasing across trance labels including Vandit, Armada, Blackhole, Subculture and Spinnin', with his tracks distributed through Universal and Sony catalogues as well. Later singles such as "Margate," "Star of Apex," "Nighthawk" on VII Records and "Creedmoor" have kept his output positioned within uplifting and progressive trance.
His SoundCloud page collects the DJ mixes and original productions that he circulates to that audience. He operates his own artist site at tomcolontonio.com, from which he coordinates releases and set uploads, and his catalogue continues to sit alongside material from the trance producers he came up with on the Vandit and Anjunabeats-adjacent scene during the late 2000s.
