Isaac Mahmood Noell, known as Sak Noel, is a Spanish electro-house artist born in La Cellera de Ter, Catalonia. He founded the entertainment company Moguda in 2003 before entering the international dance-pop conversation with his 2011 debut single “Loca People.” Released in Spain through Blanco y Negro Records and in Italy through Do It Yourself Music Group, the track became a worldwide hit and topped the UK Singles Chart, making Noel the fifth Spaniard to do so. His dance records frequently combine electro-house energy with party-oriented vocal hooks and Spanglish lyrics, a format that helped “Loca People” travel across multiple markets.
He continued with singles including “Paso (The Nini Anthem),” “Where? (I Lost My Underwear),” “Party On My Level,” “No Boyfriend,” “Pinga” and “Trumpets.” “No Boyfriend,” made with Mayra Veronica, went viral in the United States and entered Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart. After Moguda closed, he established Noel Music as his own label and company.
