Reboot
Reboot is the performing name of Frank Heinrich, a producer and DJ from Frankfurt, Germany, who began releasing tracks with former partner Delle under the name Delle-Heinrich for labels including Combi.int and i220. Heinrich launched the Reboot project on his own and quickly became known as a performer equally comfortable behind the decks or playing live, touring temples of techno such as Womb in Tokyo, Fabric in London, and Cocoon in Frankfurt, alongside more intimate rooms like Robert Johnson and Brazil's D-Edge.
His live sets took him internationally, including dates in Japan and the United States, and he received an invitation from Sven Vath to play a Cocoon night at Amnesia in Ibiza, where he established himself early on as one of the strongest live acts on the bill. In 2008, he contributed to Cocoon's Disco Invaders compilation alongside Johnny D and Chris Tietjen, and the following year he mixed the From Frankfurt to Mannheim compilation for Cecille Records.
Heinrich has described booking around 20 gigs in a single month during his breakout year, reflecting a period of rapid touring growth. His production catalogue includes releases on Luciano's Cadenza label and Ricardo Villalobos's imprint, alongside club tracks such as Vandong that became DJ-circuit favorites supporting his live and DJ bookings.
