Rave Republic — Progressive & Dance-Pop DJ DuoRave Republic
Rave Republic is a Singapore-based DJ duo made up of Mathias Schell and Stas Madorski. The two performers had separate solo careers before meeting while DJing back-to-back sets in Singapore nightclubs and forming the project in February 2014. Their background details have been reported inconsistently, but their shared Singapore base is clear. The duo quickly built residencies at leading clubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan and Malaysia.
Their 2015 debut single, Far Away, reached number one on the iTunes Dance Chart, and Shoot for the Moon followed in 2016 by reaching number three on the overall iTunes chart, number one on the Dance Chart and Spotify's Viral Top 50. Their first EP, Rule It All, debuted at number two on the overall iTunes album chart. Rave Republic have played Ultra Singapore, Electric Daisy Carnival China and Thai events including Mystic Valley. In 2021, they made their debut on W&W's Rave Culture label and appeared in the DJ Mag Top 100, where they were also named a rising DJ/producer of that year.
Their stated goal is to create a festival atmosphere inside a nightclub through progressive, genre-defying live shows. That approach makes their DJ work a meeting point between dance-pop crossover material, club residencies and festival-scale presentation.
