Rampue
Rampue, born Daniel Krajnyak around 1985 in what was then Karl-Marx-Stadt, Germany, is a Berlin-based electro and deep house DJ, live act and producer whose sets have taken him to festivals including Fusion, Burning Man and Woomoon as well as club dates across India, New York and beyond. Coverage of his live shows describes his sound as organic and sun-soaked, built on driving yet gentle basslines meant to evoke a sense of closing one's eyes and losing oneself on the dancefloor, an approach that resists chasing musical trends in favor of a distinctive, evolving style. Krajnyak has performed extensively throughout Germany both under his own name and as a DJ, with residency-style bookings at Berlin venues including Ritter Butzke, Kater Holzig, Bachstelzen, Tal der Verwirrung and Salon zur wilden Renate documented across multiple tour dates in a single month during his earlier career. He is also known as a member of the Isle 9 Collective, and while his catalogue is sometimes tagged with the tongue-in-cheek label Keta-Disco, he has continued experimenting across genres rather than settling into one lane. His releases have circulated through outlets including iTunes, Beatport, Juno and Play.fm, distributed via the Audiolith booking and label network that continues to support his touring career.
