Quivver
Quivver is a recording and DJ alias of British producer John Graham, who held a resident DJ slot at New York's Twilo in 2001, a booking that coincided with the release of his mix compilation Tranceport 5. Graham has also recorded under several other aliases, including Space Manoeuvres, Stoneproof, Skanna and Tilt, giving him multiple outlets across different strands of electronic music while Quivver has remained his primary vehicle for progressive house and techno DJ sets.
In 2017 he launched his own label, Controlled Substance, to release his productions alongside work from other artists that feature in his club sets, adding to a discography that includes releases on Bedrock, Tronic and Stil Vor Talent. His Twilo residency placed him within one of the most closely watched club rooms of the early 2000s New York scene, a credential that has continued to inform bookings throughout his career.
More recently, Quivver has worked on a collaborative album with fellow British DJ Dave Seaman, extending a partnership that reflects his continued standing within the progressive house and techno community. Across more than two decades, Quivver has built a reputation on club residencies, label ownership and a consistently evolving DJ sound.
