Paco Osuna is Francisco Osuna Pérez, a Barcelona-born techno DJ who became a resident at Ibiza's Amnesia in 1999, making him one of the first techno DJs to hold a regular residency on an island then still dominated by house and trance. He opened his own venue, Club4, in Barcelona in 2006, running it until 2018 and booking fellow techno figures including Marco Carola, Adam Beyer and Christian Smith alongside his own sets.
Osuna founded the label Mindshake around 2005 to 2006 as an outlet for the tracks he plays out, and he became the first Spanish DJ signed to Cocoon, the booking agency and label run by Sven Väth, a connection that extended his club and festival reach across Europe. From 2022 he took on the NOW HERE residency at Hï Ibiza, continuing his run of Ibiza club residencies more than two decades after his Amnesia debut.
Mixmag has credited him with playing a central role at the forefront of dance music across three decades on the island, from Amnesia's early techno nights through Club4's Barcelona run to his current Hï Ibiza slot. Osuna's career, built almost entirely on club residencies rather than chart hits, has made him an enduring figure in Ibiza's techno scene.
