Nima Gorji
Nima Gorji is an Iranian-born, Danish-citizen DJ who built his career around a residency at Copenhagen's Rust Club starting in 1995 before relocating to Ibiza in 2005, where residencies at Space, Ibiza Underground, Monza and Next Wave followed. His DJ sets moved from the Copenhagen club circuit into the island's demanding summer season, a shift that culminated in him being named Ibiza's best DJ in 2010. Gorji founded Welt Recordings in 1999 and later launched NG Trax, both labels giving him an outlet for productions that feed into his own club sets alongside tracks from other artists in his network. His long tenure on Ibiza connected him to the island's house and tech house scene, where his residencies placed him within a competitive circuit of resident and touring DJs playing multi-hour sets across the season. Gorji's career trajectory, from a Copenhagen club residency to Ibiza recognition, reflects a steady build across three decades of DJ work, with his label output continuing to support the sets he plays at clubs across Spain and the wider European circuit.
