NGHTMRE

Nghtmre is the performing name of Tyler Marenyi, an American DJ and producer from Raleigh, North Carolina, active since 2014 across trap, dubstep, house, future bass, and electro house. He built his early profile through trap and house remixes of tracks by Tiësto, Rae Sremmurd, and Skrillex before Skrillex played one of his original productions during a set at Ultra Music Festival, a moment that helped establish his name within the scene.

He signed to Diplo's Mad Decent label and debuted on the festival circuit at EDC Las Vegas in 2015, later landing a slot at Coachella in 2017. Marenyi has toured extensively alongside Slander, with whom he released the collaborative EP Nuclear Bonds, and his catalog includes further collaborations with Pegboard Nerds, Krewella, Dillon Francis, Flux Pavilion, and Zeds Dead.

Based in Los Angeles and working primarily in Ableton Live, his DJ sets and productions blend heavier bass textures with festival-oriented drops, a style that has kept him on major North American lineups since his EDC debut. His Wikipedia page documents a career built through consistent festival bookings and cross-genre collaborations rather than a single fixed residency, positioning him as a touring festival DJ within the broader bass and trap scene.
