Mike Vale
Mike Vale is a tech-house DJ who describes his sets as centered on groove, aiming to take different crowds on a journey rather than sticking to a fixed formula. He broke through in 2011 with the release Pretty Woman on Great Stuff Records, and has since toured the United States, Canada, the UK, Holland, India and parts of Asia and Eastern Europe while holding a hometown residency at Cirkus in Slovenia. His notable sets include a booking at Space Ibiza for Carl Cox's Revolution party, along with performances at Ultra Europe and Mystic Garden. Vale's production output spans multiple tech-house imprints, including a remix of Pleasurekraft's Anubis on Great Stuff, a remix of Do Santos' 2 Coffee on 303 Lovers, and reworkings for Alex Kenji on Hotfingers, alongside original material such as Can't Fight The Feeling. He has released collaborative tracks with UMEK, including All I Want and How's Your Body on 1605, Hard Times on Spinnin' Records, and a joint remix of Mason's Exceeder on Armada, ties that place him within the Slovenian and Balkan tech-house circuit built around UMEK's label network and international festival bookings.
