Mike Koglin
Mike Koglin is a trance DJ and producer born in Nuremberg, Germany, who built his career while based in London from 1990 to 2012 before later relocating to Berlin. His 1998 track The Silence, a cover of Depeche Mode's song, reached the UK Top 20 and remains his best-known production, giving him a rare trance crossover into the mainstream British singles chart.
He launched his own label, Noys Music, in 2003, and received a Grammy nomination for When Will You Learn, recognition that placed his production work alongside the wider dance music industry's award circuit. Koglin appeared in the DJ Mag Top 100 poll, ranking 87th in 2008 and 88th in 2009, reflecting sustained fan support during a period when the poll carried significant weight within trance and broader dance music.
His touring took him to Velfarre in Tokyo, Zouk in Malaysia, and Gaudi Arena in Moscow, giving him an international footprint across Asia and Russia in addition to his UK and European base.
