Mightyfools

Mightyfools were a Dutch DJ and production duo formed in 2008 by Jelle Keizer and Andy Samin, known for energetic big-room sets and remix work through the 2010s. Touring for roughly a decade without pause, the pair performed more than 1,000 shows across 35 countries, including sets at Tomorrowland, Ultra, Creamfields, Mysteryland, Sensation and Amsterdam Dance Event, along with headline club dates at Ushuaia Ibiza and Avalon Los Angeles. Their breakthrough came in 2013 with three tracks released the same year — "Footrocker" on Revealed Recordings, "Put Em Up" on DOORN Records and "Go" on Wall Recordings — that established their sound on the international festival circuit.

Mightyfools also collaborated on records with Afrojack ("Keep It Low"), Quintino ("G-Thing") and Yellow Claw ("No Class"), tracks that circulated widely among big-room DJ sets of the era. Samin left the project in the winter of 2017 due to depression-related struggles, and the duo formally ended in 2018. Keizer was subsequently appointed A&R for Barong Family and has continued to DJ and produce house music solo since June 2018.

Samin went on to work as an A&R manager for Barong Family and as a VJ for Yellow Claw.
