Sandra Borrego Mariana Robles, known as Mariana Bo, is a Mexican-born electronic DJ and classically trained violinist. Her performance format combines live violin with electronic music, making the instrument a central part of a set that can move through big room, psytrance, dubstep, hardstyle and bass house. She has appeared onstage alongside David Guetta, NERVO, Tiësto and Paul Oakenfold, and has performed internationally as well as in Mexico.
Festival appearances at Tomorrowland, Ultra Europe, EDC Festival, Electric Planet, Holi Festival and Mayan Madness in Tulum underline the scale of her DJ activity. Rather than treating her classical training as a separate biography, Mariana Bo folds it directly into her electronic performance, using violin to connect melodic live playing with more forceful festival rhythms. Her 2020 releases included Feeling Good, Queen Of The Desert and Mariachi, while later work expanded into soundtrack projects for brands and short films.
She has spoken about using her platform to help reactivate the events-industry economy after the pandemic, a perspective tied to her place in a live-performance culture.
