Manufactured Superstars
Manufactured Superstars is a Denver-based DJ and production duo of Bradley Roulier and Shawn Sabo, both early Beatport employees, with Roulier a founding member of the platform and Sabo among its original staff. The pair built a live show and touring career around melodic house, progressive house and techno, performing at major festivals including Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, where a recorded live set from 2011 documents their early festival presence. Their history inside Beatport gave them an unusual vantage point on the digital dance-music retail business before they shifted into performing and producing full time under the Manufactured Superstars name, releasing through their own label, Manufactured Music, and imprints including Toolroom. The duo has continued evolving their sound, moving toward melodic house, progressive and techno textures in more recent releases while maintaining the same dynamic, genre-blending performance style that defined their earlier club and festival dates. Their background as Beatport insiders turned touring DJs positions them within a small group of artists who moved from the industry's retail infrastructure directly into performing careers, a path that has shaped how they've built their catalog and bookings over more than a decade.
