Loud

Loud is the Israeli psytrance duo of Kobi Toledano and Eitan Reiter, both from Haifa, who began making electronic music together roughly two decades ago and have released five studio albums as a partnership. Toledano, who discovered trance at a forest party in 1994 and began experimenting with production around 2000, has been described by peers as one of the genre's more significant creative forces in the Israeli scene, a status reinforced by his additional work under the name Kobi.

Reiter and Toledano built Loud's reputation through festival and club sets across the international psytrance circuit, with the press describing the duo as among the hottest and most interesting acts in world trance during their most active touring years. The pair's catalogue, including the album No More X, has anchored their live performances rather than existing as a separate studio-only pursuit, with new releases typically supporting rather than replacing their touring schedule.

Loud's sound draws on psychedelic and electronica influences within the broader psytrance framework, a combination that has helped distinguish the duo's sets from more straightforward full-on trance acts. Toledano and Reiter's shared roots in the Krayot suburbs of Haifa, and their self-taught, non-formal path into music, remain part of the duo's identity within Israel's psytrance scene.
