Kissy Sell Out

Kissy Sell Out, born Thomas Benjamin Bisdee in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, is a British-Canadian DJ and producer who built a following in electro and breakbeat production starting in 2006. Mixmag described him in 2009 as one of the decade's most entertaining DJs, a reputation built on his performance style. From 2007 to 2012 he hosted a BBC Radio 1 show called Kissy Klub, which blended classical music and computer-voiced fictional characters with exclusive remixes created specifically for the program, giving the show a distinct identity within the station's electronic lineup.

Beyond his radio work, Bisdee has released six albums, including Youth, Wild Romance, Introducing Kissy Sell Out, the two-volume San City High All Stars and Style from the Westside, and he manages his own labels, San City High Records and Stepper Man. He also composed official music for the 2012 London Olympics ceremonies, extending his production credits beyond club and radio work. His releases have appeared across labels including Ministry of Sound Australia, Cheap Thrills Records and Asylum Records.

Alongside DJing and production, Bisdee works as a graphic designer and writes a science column, giving him a multidisciplinary profile within UK electronic music beyond his club and radio output.
