Jose Spinnin Cortes
Jose Spinnin Cortes is a Guadalajara-based DJ, producer and remixer with three decades of turntable experience across Mexico's dance music scene. He has released material through Bearlin Records in Mexico and Juan Belmonte Music in Spain, giving his production catalogue distribution across both his home country and the European club circuit. His mixing technique has been described as jaw-dropping by promotional materials tied to his bookings, and his tracks have been charted by other DJs internationally, extending his reach beyond his own live dates.
Cortes streams exclusive live sets on Twitch on a regular schedule, adding a digital broadcast component to his touring and club calendar that keeps his mixing visible between physical bookings. His performance history includes appearances at Bear Week events such as BeefDip in Puerto Vallarta, a recurring booking within Mexico's LGBTQ event circuit. Remix credits include work on Chris Cox's Sunshine featuring Mato Sun, extending his production reach into collaborative remix work alongside his original DJ bookings.
Cortes has built his career across multiple decades of steady club and festival work rooted primarily in Guadalajara and broader Mexican dance music circuits.
