Harris & Ford
Harris & Ford is an Austrian DJ duo formed in January 2011 by Kevin Kridlo and Patrick Pöhl, whose sound shifted from early pop dance productions into hardstyle, psytrance and big room over the course of their career. Their first chart successes, Legendär, Das Geht Boom and Tick Tack, all placed on the Austrian singles charts, with Das Geht Boom spending eight weeks on the chart and reaching number one on the DJ Charts Austria.
The duo signed to Kontor Records in early 2019 and released Fight Back and Spotlight through Spinnin' Records in March and May 2020 respectively, broadening their label footprint within the European dance scene. Their May 2019 single Freitag Samstag, featuring Finch Asozial, reached number 88 on Germany's official singles sales chart, while their remix of Hard But Crazy's Hardstyle Girl topped Beatport's Hard Dance chart in December 2019.
Notable collaborations include God Save the Rave with Scooter in May 2019, Break the Beat with Italian duo VINAI in September 2019, an official remix of Scooter's Devil's Symphony in November 2019, and Mutter with Dutch rapper Jebroer in January 2020, based on a 19th-century Berlin street song. Harris & Ford's run of chart placements and collaborations reflects a steady position within the German-speaking hard dance and hardstyle circuit.
