Dyro — Progressive House & Big Room DJDyro
Jordy van Egmond, known as Dyro, is a Dutch DJ associated with Leiden who was discovered by Laidback Luke through an online forum. He became one of the first artists signed to Hardwell's Revealed Recordings in 2011, followed by Top of the World on Afrojack's Wall Recordings. His DJ career accelerated through collaborations with Tiësto on Paradise and Hardwell on Never Say Goodbye, while his music developed across progressive house and EDM with big-room, electro and acid-techno influences.
In 2014 he founded the independent WOLV Records label and launched it with the single Wolv. His touring has included residencies at The Light in Las Vegas and Space in Ibiza, plus headline dates at LIV in Miami and Ministry of Sound in London. Festival appearances have included Ultra Music Festival Miami, Electric Zoo, Dance Valley, TomorrowWorld, Spring Awakening Chicago, Creamfields UK and EDC Las Vegas, as well as the Future Music Festival tour across Australia.
Dyro also co-headlined the 30-date Dyro & Bassjackers Present X Tour, including an Amsterdam Dance Event date. His radio work includes Daftastic Radio and WOLV Radio with Dyro, broadcast by Bigfish Radio in the Philippines and around 30 FM stations worldwide. Dyro's DJ identity combines a label-led independent streak with big-room programming designed for clubs, tours and festival stages.
