Dick Trevor

Dick Trevor is a British psychedelic trance producer and DJ, also known under the alias Dickster, whose career spans more than two decades across several projects. He began in the UK rave and festival scene as part of Green Nuns of the Revolution, a group that released on TIP Records, Flying Rhino and Dragonfly Records, the latter co-founded by Killing Joke's Martin Glover, whose Butterfly Studios offered early trance artists access to professional recording equipment.

Before entering music full time, Trevor trained as a sound engineer, having initially planned a career in graphics and illustration, then worked as a tape operator in a London studio while attending raves that shifted his musical direction toward dance music. His later collaborative projects include Circuit Breakers with Burn in Noise and AMD with Aphid Moon, extending his reach within the UK psytrance production community, and he has also worked with Shpongle.

His current work continues under the Dickster alias, closely tied to Nano Records, a label associated with psychedelic and progressive trance releases. Trevor's trajectory from the early UK rave circuit through multiple genre-adjacent side projects reflects the collaborative, alias-heavy structure common among British psytrance producers of his generation.
