DAY.DIN
Day.Din, the German-born Deniz Aydin, is a progressive trance and psytrance-rooted DJ and producer who began DJing around age sixteen after being drawn to psytrance parties, then started producing his own material in 2002. His first release came in 2004, after which the local Hamburg scene took notice of his growing musical skills, propelling him toward what became a demanded position within the progressive trance act circuit.
Day.Din runs his own label, Spin Twist Records, through which he has released multiple albums, and his track catalogue includes releases with collaborator DJ Fabio, among them Adams, Beautiful and Sunshine. His music has also appeared as part of Armin van Buuren's A State of Trance 950 compilation, connecting him to the wider trance radio and festival ecosystem built around that franchise.
Playing gigs internationally, Day.Din has built a reputation within the progressive trance scene for productions intended to keep dancefloors engaged, describing his own musical mission in terms of ensuring audiences keep smiling and moving. Despite an American booking-platform listing his origin as Germany, his catalogue and club circuit ties place him within the broader European progressive trance and psytrance scene that spans Germany, Belgium and neighboring countries.
