Daniel “Danny” Avila Rosón is a Spanish house and electro-house DJ born in Madrid and raised in Marbella. His first set came at the Spanish club Kapital in 2010, and he was nominated for DJ Revelación at the Vicious Music Awards by Ron Barceló the following year. In 2012 he became the youngest DJ at the Blue Marlin beach club, before taking part in the Tour Generation Wild across the United States, Macau, Manila, London and São Paulo.
Avila made his Ultra Music Festival Miami debut in March 2013 and that year joined MGM of Vegas as the youngest resident in Hakkasan's history. The Las Vegas residency placed him alongside Steve Aoki, Laidback Luke, Deadmau5, Tommy Trash, Tiësto and Calvin Harris. His sound is connected to house and electro house and to the big-room club environments of Las Vegas and Ibiza.
MTV and Billboard identified him as one to watch, while “BOOM,” made with Merzo in 2014, was used in Dirty Grandpa and a T-Mobile campaign featuring Aaron Paul. That same year, a charity bracelet partnership with Electric Family raised more than $1,000 for Doctors Without Borders. From an early Kapital appearance to Blue Marlin, Ultra Miami and Hakkasan, Avila's DJ story is distinguished by unusually early access to major international club stages.
