Cash Cash — EDM & Pop DJ TrioCash Cash
Cash Cash are the American electronic DJ and production trio of brothers Jean Paul and Alexander Luke Makhlouf with Samuel Warren Frisch, from Roseland, New Jersey. Jean Paul Makhlouf and Frisch first played together as the Consequence in 2002 before the group became Cash Cash, active from 2007 onward. They recorded Love or Lust in a home studio in Roseland and have developed a touring profile that, by 2026, encompassed more than 1,000 live shows worldwide.
Their international travel has included the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, China and South Korea, as well as an appearance at Amsterdam Dance Event. Cash Cash move across EDM, pop, electro-pop, house, emo-pop and synth-pop. Early work drew a comparison to Fall Out Boy with synthy embellishment, while Jean Paul has described an aim of blending 1970s funk guitar with the life and fun of the 1980s.
Their highest-charting song, “Take Me Home” with Bebe Rexha, was released in 2013 and achieved RIAA Platinum certification. The trio's DJ identity is therefore grounded in the scale of its international live schedule and a crossover sound that connects pop hooks, electronic production and band-informed energy for broad dance audiences.
