Calyx & Teebee — Drum & Bass DJ Duo

Calyx & TeeBee are a UK and Norway drum and bass duo made up of Larry Cons and James O'Donovan, known for club and festival sets alongside a discography built through Ram Records after signing to the label mid-career. Their Fabriclive 76 mix, prepared for release alongside a UKF retrospective of their catalog, documented years of collaborative production including their track Strung Out and full-length album All Or Nothing, the latter completed before the duo joined Ram. Calyx & TeeBee have also played a role in bringing Noisia into the drum and bass scene, an influence noted in interviews tracing the pair's collaborative history through UKF's upload archive. Their track Don't Look Down, made with Break, grew out of an in-person Bristol studio session with Break combined with a remote transatlantic exchange of ideas between TeeBee in Norway and Cons in the UK, illustrating the duo's cross-border working method.
