Bizzare Contact — Psytrance DJ & ProducerBizzare Contact
Bizzare Contact is the psytrance alias of Israeli producer Didy Ezra, born in 1985 in Dimona in southern Israel. He began producing at age 13 and, after being drawn fully into psychedelic trance, joined the label Com.Pact Records in 2004, one of the more established full-on psytrance imprints of that era in Israel.
His debut album Plastic Fantastic was released on Com.Pact in April 2004 and gave him the platform to begin performing internationally, with dates in Japan, Brazil, Mexico, across Europe and throughout Israel. The following year, Ezra teamed up with Gady, also known as DJ Bog and the owner of Com.Pact, to form a new group, extending his production partnerships within the label's roster.
Bizzare Contact's discography has continued to expand through labels including Dacru Records, Bounce Recordings, WELVRAVE and Mainstage Records, with recent collaborations alongside acts such as Blastoyz and appearances on various-artist compilations within the psytrance and full-on bounce scenes. He remains active as both a touring psytrance DJ and a prolific collaborator within Israel's electronic music circuit.
