Axwell Λ Ingrosso are a Swedish electronic duo associated with Stockholm, formed officially in 2014 by two former Swedish House Mafia members. After Swedish House Mafia's One Last Tour ended at Ultra Miami in 2013, the pair developed a project focused on electro house and progressive house. Their first performance as Axwell Λ Ingrosso took place at New York's Governors Ball Music Festival on 8 June 2014.
The duo then became recurring Tomorrowland headliners from 2015 to 2018, appearing across closing and opening slots on different nights. In 2018, activity paused for the Swedish House Mafia reunion at Ultra Miami, before the duo resumed in 2023. Their award record includes the 2018 Grammis for Best Electronic/Dance, International Dance Music Awards for Best Group in 2015 and Best Song in 2018 for More Than You Know.
At Tomorrowland 2018, they paid tribute to Avicii by mixing Wake Me Up with Swedish House Mafia's Don't You Worry Child. The duo's performances are grounded in polished, festival-facing house music, but their separate identity has allowed the two artists to carry forward their partnership outside the larger group format. With their first festival set, repeated Tomorrowland appearances and later return to activity, Axwell Λ Ingrosso have maintained a clear place in Swedish dance music's live circuit.
