Arno Cost
Arno Cost, born Vadim Arnaud Constentin on 6 August 1986 in Nogent-sur-Marne, is a French DJ and producer who built his early reputation through French radio before expanding into international club and festival bookings. He began making music at home in 1999, and his 2006 debut single “Let U Go,” produced with Norman Doray and Pierre de la Touche under the alias The Freshmakers, topped French station FG DJ Radio for six consecutive weeks. That radio success led to a high-profile commission in 2009, when FG Club, a longstanding institution of French dance music, invited him to mix one of its compilations.
Cost built his DJ career alongside a prolific production output, bursting onto the wider EDM scene from 2006 onward and touring extensively through the years that followed, including a standout 2014. As a vocal presence in French house circles, he has been outspoken about the state of the domestic EDM scene, reflecting years of firsthand touring experience. His sound draws on homegrown French house influences, and his catalogue of radio-charting singles and remixes has kept him a fixture on European club bills.
Cost continues to combine studio work with regular DJ appearances across France and abroad.
