&me
&ME, the Berlin-based André Boadu, is a German DJ and producer of house and techno, and one of the four founding members of the Keinemusik label alongside Rampa, Adam Port and Reznik. Of Ghanaian heritage, Boadu has been active as a producer and DJ since the 2000s, working with the Terranova project from 2007 before co-founding Keinemusik in 2009, a Berlin label that has grown from a DIY collective into a crew playing major events from Tulum to Mumbai to New York City.
His close studio partnership with fellow Keinemusik co-founder Rampa has produced a substantial run of collaborative productions, and the two frequently play together as &ME vs Rampa, including a billed appearance at The Warehouse Project in Manchester. In 2022, &ME and Rampa contributed to the tracks Falling Back and A Keeper on Drake's studio album Honestly, Nevermind, extending Keinemusik's reach into mainstream pop production while both continued their DJ touring schedules.
The label's sound, often described as an Afrocentric, progressive take on house and techno, has become closely associated with &ME's own DJ sets, which draw on that same blend of disco, house and techno influences. He continues to perform internationally as part of the Keinemusik crew's globally touring lineup.
