Ali Wilson
Ali Wilson is a British trance and dance DJ whose career of nearly two decades has included a main room residency at The Gallery at Ministry of Sound in London, one of the UK's best-known club nights. His touring schedule has taken him to Sunrise Festival, Trance Energy and Judgement Sunday, along with regular dates in Ibiza, Poland, Russia, the United States, Asia and Cyprus and across the UK. Wilson released the 31-track mix compilation High Contrast Recordings Presents Ali Wilson and the 16-track artist album Phenomenon toward the end of 2010, with his production catalogue running past 400 releases across labels including Sony, Warner, Armada, Spinnin, Toolroom and his own imprint, Tekelec. His track Pandora topped dance charts and was named Tune of the Week on Armin van Buuren's A State of Trance 443, later ranking among van Buuren's top 10 tracks of that year, while his bootleg remixes of Coldplay's Fix You and Kings of Leon's Use Somebody extended his reach into the wider mainstream. Wilson has shared bills with Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Ferry Corsten, Gareth Emery and Sander van Doorn, and was asked by Tiësto to join his Kaleidoscope tour, recognition that came alongside a Mixmag Future Hero award.
