Sam Feldt
Sam Feldt is the professional name of Sammy Boeddha Renders, a Dutch DJ, producer and entrepreneur based in Amsterdam whose sound spans modern house, deep house and tropical house. His breakthrough came in 2015 with a remake of Robin S.'s Show Me Love featuring Kimberly Anne, released through Spinnin' Records and Polydor, which combined the original's melody with a bubbly deep house beat and reached number 4 on the UK Singles Chart and number 21 on the Dutch Top 40, earning Gold certification from ARIA and Platinum from the BPI. Prior to that, in 2014 he released Bloesem with De Hofnar and Hot Skin with Kav Verhouser, early tracks that established his production identity within the Dutch house scene. His success with Show Me Love extended to Billboard's Dance/Electronic Songs chart in Belgium and cemented his position within a wave of Dutch producers exporting tropical and deep house globally in the mid-2010s. Feldt's studio partnerships, including his collaboration with fellow Dutch DJ Deepend on Runaways, reflect the collaborative remix and feature culture that defines much of the Netherlands' commercial dance scene, with his singles regularly translating directly into festival and club DJ set staples across Europe.
