Andy Moor

Andy Moor is Andrew Beardmore, a trance DJ and producer born 16 January 1980 in Stoke-on-Trent who joined the UK trance act Tilt in 1999 and contributed to their album Explorer before building his own solo touring career. He formed the duo Whiteroom with Adam White, expanding his studio partnerships alongside a growing schedule of solo DJ dates on the international trance circuit.

Moor founded the label AVA Recordings in 2006, using it to support the progressive trance sound he plays in his sets and to develop other artists working in a similar style. He has featured on DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs poll for more than six years, consistently placing in the top fifteen, a run that reflects sustained bookings at major trance events including Tomorrowland, Dreamstate, A State of Trance and London's Ministry of Sound.

Moor's sets are typically built around melodic, progressive-leaning trance, a style consistent with his AVA Recordings output and his earlier work within Tilt. His transition from a member of a UK trance group to a solo touring DJ with a top-fifteen global ranking marks a well-documented career arc within the trance scene, sustained by both his label and his continuing international festival bookings across more than two decades.
